As discussed recently in the iPad: Flash slayer?! post, several companies seem to be moving to quickly create websites which are flash-free, in order to be accessible from the iPad. The rumored sales numbers for the pre-order iPad which are ranging from 120.000 to 150.000 in the first 3 to 4 days indicate that they may well have good reason to.
A recent article posted by Peter Kafka on AllThingsD comments on just such a move by NPR.org which plans to have updated its iPhone application and have created a new website specifically for the iPad, by April 3rd.
