Norway, a country being governed through an iPad

As the ash cloud created with the eruption of a volcano in Iceland caused most flights in Europe had to be canceled, many people got stranded.  One of  these people is the Prime Minister of Norway who got stranded in New York.  It seems that this inconvenience hasn’t phased the Prime Minister that is shown below, in a photo posted to Flickr, while carrying on with his work through his iPad.

With long battery life and light weight the iPad certainly seems like an excellent device for a Head of  Government or a Head of State.  A while ago I wrote about the iPad being the perfect computer for the C-level executive.  Well, it seems to be the perfect computer for the people who run countries as well.
