There seems to be no end to the creative used people find for iPads. Recently one was used as the remote control for a do-it-yourself (DIY) blimp with a forward mounted camera that would stream video back to the device and to a large wall mounted LCD screen. This odd pairing made an appearance at a party where the remotely controlled blimp would over fly the people attending the event and transmit its video feed to a large LCD panel.
