In the continuous stream of accessories that are rapidly coming out for the iPad a new one has really gotten my attention. Its a carrying case that literally turns your iPad into a book.
This case called simply Book, from Long Live Books camouflages your iPad disguising it as hard cover book. Not only is it elegant, but in some areas of the world it can be a nifty security accessory as it seems highly unlike that you will be the victim of a robbery so that the perpetrator can get away with an old book.

If you are already hunting around for what accessories you’ll be getting for your iPad, I just found a newly created website dedicated to them. Humm?! I guess that isn’t strictly correct. It would be more acurate to say that the site found me, as I came to know about it from a comment on my post about some accessories already being available on Amazon.
You can see some Amazon search results here. I particularly liked the waterproof case, though it looks a decidedly odd, the idea is great. iPads to the pool!

Just yesterday I wrote a short post about accessories for the iPad starting to surface. Well it seems that some people are a lot faster than others. Today I ran across a case for the iPad that is already available for order on Amazon.
It seems that even if the iPad does take away a significant portion of the potential Kindle users, Amazon will still get a chance to make a lot of money on sale of accessories. Come to think of it, they might just make some profit on sales of the iPad as Amazon sells Macs and iPods and it seems natural that they will sell iPads as well.

In the last couple of days I’ve started seeing several mentions of up coming accessories for the iPad. Philips seems to be the company that is further along at the moment as they have already published a page on their website with pictures of several different accessories such as cases and speakers.
